Rue de Buci: Heart of St Germain des Pr"s, Paris 6th. Two bedrooms with Terrace.

Paris- If you are looking for an apartment on the Left Bank, in the heart of St. Germain des Pres, rue de Buci is one of the most typical streets with its market, food shops and restaurants. For those of you who love daily and lively open-air market streets, this is the address you would love to call home for your visit to Paris. This is an arrondisement that is truly known as the living-fashion and artistic center of Paris. Yes...this rue de Buci one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay. You'll be amazed by the easy access to really good metro and bus connections to all parts of the city. Trust me, you'll love the charm and conveninece of this area.

Your apartment is on the street level of a classical old building. It is approximately 420 sq. ft., faces the courtyard and has 6 windows which ensures a quiet and restful rest in the evening and bright sunny days.

The apartment has been completely renovated recently. It features a large living room with American kitchen and 2 sofa beds with love french antique furniture. From the living room, a door opens to the private apartment terrace where table and chairs will welcome you during the spring, summer and fall months for your meals or a sweet little, private hideaway anytime you chose..

Bring your family or friends. This lovely apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, 3 comfortable can rest in the living room on 2 sofas, 2 will love the privacy in the bedroom's queen bed. The bathroom has a sink and a bath with a wall-mounted shower. The toilet is conveniently located outside the bedroom.

The apartment gets its charm from its true french high ceilings with moldings, and massive refurbished wood parquet floors which are a century old. Ah...what history can be yours on your next Parisien vacation.

"Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen daughters) enjoyed a week at this flat in late March '05. We couldn't have chosen a better location! The easy access to Metro, Museums, restaurants, shops and city life was terrific. Ground floor was great and the remarkably quiet courtyard was a welcome change from the energy of the street right out front. We overheard many people at the airport lamenting their Marais or Latin Quarter locations - this was a perfect place to experience the buzz of Paris life, the peacefulness of the Luxembourg Gardens, the historic feel of the Ile St. Louis all within 10-15 minutes walk. (And the Patisserie on the corner was almost as good as the Ice Cream shop across the street!) Next time we're in Paris, we're staying here. - Jim Vos, Minneapolis, MN
